Well I have officially lost 16# since the start of my challenge. I am looking forward to losing 125#. If you are losing inches...stay with it! YOU may be burning fat that is turning into lean muscle. I am only 9 days in, but I have a lot of weight to lose. Everyone is different. I started this because I was motivated by my cousin because she lost 9 pounds in 5 days and in three weeks has lost more than 18 inches total. I myself have only lost 8 pounds over the past 8 days, and a total of 2 1/2 inches from my hips and waist, but I will not get discouraged because for the first time in my life I feel great, and know I am making a dent. I hope things get better for you, stay positive and know that we are here for support, because though we probably have different goals, we are all wanting to make changes in our lives. Good luck!
